About Camp Wesley
Camp Wesley affirms Christian community for God’s children. Each summer, some 200 children and youth from challenging circumstances enjoy a life-changing experience of fun, fellowship and spiritual growth.
Many of the children go home with a new perspective on life. They have new friends, higher self-esteem and improved social skills. Most of all, they have a new or closer relationship with God, gained through Bible study, hiking, camping, arts and crafts, swimming, canoeing and other recreation.
The college-age counselor team has a strong and positive impact on campers. Several attended Camp Wesley themselves as children or youth. Some are from other countries, providing campers with experiences and perspectives that underscore God’s love for all people.

Supporting Camp Wesley
Our campers are primarily low-income children and youth who would not have access to a camping experience except through the generosity of our friends. A campership of $150 allows a child to attend a complete session of Camp Wesley. We welcome the donation of full or partial camperships from congregations, Sunday School classes, other groups and individuals.
